Founded 2021
Started by a technician, built for operators.
Michael Ratigan founded Brandywine Pools in 2021 after spending years in the field for larger regional contractors. He saw the same problem everywhere: clients were being treated as an afterthought — slow response times, high turnover, and technicians who didn't know their equipment.
He started small, taking on a handful of accounts in Chester County and doing the work himself. Word spread quickly. Brandywine grew into a dedicated pool service operation, and we launched a specialized pool heater installation division to meet growing demand.
To date, we have served 1,000+ residential clients across Chester County, Delaware County, and surrounding areas. The approach hasn't changed: show up, know the equipment, and treat every pool like it's your own.
